What’s Samurai Eleven, you say? It’s a social soccer game where you train four players to battle other teams. Square Enix developed Samurai Eleven as a free to play, but pay for items style game for Mobage Town, a social network service in Japan. It’s one of Square Enix’s social games… that didn’t perform well.

Square Enix launched Samurai Eleven in September 2010. They just announced service would be ending on June 30, 2011. Snowboard Life, a Mobage game where you level up snowboarders and ride down mountains, will shut down on the same day.
