Did you ever wonder if the Inklings from Splatoon go to school in between all those deathmatches in the multiplayer arena? While you never actually see it, It turns out that they do, and it looks like school in Splatoon’s world resumes at the same time as in Japan.
“There must be a lot of people beginning a new school life today,” the game’s development team said over Twitter. “Could there be a school in the squid world, too? An Inkling in a school uniform has been sighted.”
“Do Inkling high school girls like cute things as well? Like weaponry with extravagant designs. That said… wouldn’t their teachers get mad if uniforms were taken into battle?”
