The holiday season is here, and that means new Splatoon art ahead of the release of Splatoon 3. Nintendo shared a new image to celebrate the season on various social media accounts.
Here is the full Splatoon 3 art of Callie and Marie. Callie appears to retain some of the elements of her Splatoon 2 design. That is, she has the Japanese umbrella she carried in that game. Though in the image, Callie took and is holding it. Meanwhile, Callie is wearing her traditional Squid Sisters dress from performances since the first game. There’s also a hint at the current season and weather, as a snowflake is falling and Callie is about to catch it.

However, there are no hints in this holiday Splatoon 3 art. Sometimes, companies can sneak in details about games in seasonal “cards.” For example, the Splatoon 2020 New Year’s message did that. It hid an “SOS” message that also read “save our salmons.” Nintendo announced Splatoon 3 a year later.
Splatoon 3 is in development for the Nintendo Switch and has a tentative 2022 launch window.
