As a Harmony character in Honkai: Star Rail, Sparkle can take a wide number of Relics and Light Cones for her build. Here is a guide that will help you decide what to put on her.

Sparkle fills the supporter niche, and she specializes in boosting characters’ Crit DMG depending on how many SP they use. I highly recommend giving her Crit DMG (since she scales off of that) and SPD (since you want to give her as many turns as possible to buff your attacker).

Her Skill is similar to Bronya’s in that she can increase an ally’s Crit DMG and Advance Forward their turn. Her Ultimate recovers SP to the whole party, as well as gives them the Cipher boost. When allies with the Cipher boost use their Skills, they’ll boost the DMG bonus from her Talent. Since she just need Crit DMG and SPD, Sparkle can use a wide variety of Relics and Light Cones in Honkai: Star Rail.

Here are the Best Light Cones for Sparkle in Honkai: Star Rail

  • Earthly Escapade
As Sparkle’s signature, this is her best in slot. It increases her Crit DMG, as well as grants the Mask boost. This increases all allies’ Crit Rate and Crit DMG. Mask only lasts 3 turns, but you can renew it after getting 4 Radiant Flame stacks through recovering Skill Points. This is a great Light Cone that works well with Sparkle’s kit, and helps to boost your party’s performance as well.
  • But the Battle Isn’t Over
This is Bronya’s signature Light Cone but it works well with Sparkle too. It increases her Energy Regeneration Rate, as well as regenerates 1 SP when she uses her Ultimate on an ally. This will give back more SP, since Sparkle’s Ultimate already does that. Because Sparkle’s Advance Forward is a 50% boost rather than moving them right after Bronya, you might have to time her Skill to make sure your attacker gets the extra 30% DMG bonus from the Light Cone.
  • Past and Future
Whenever Sparkle uses a Skill, the next ally taking action will deal extra DMG for one turn. This pairs well with how her Skill Advances Forward an ally’s turn. But you have to time it a bit more carefully than you do Bronya’s because of the way Sparkle’s Skill works.
  • Planetary Rendezvous
This is only if you plan on running Sparkle in a mono-Quantum team. Planetary Rendezvous lets all Quantum units on the same team as Sparkle deal more DMG. Sparkle has a Talent that encourages putting her on a mono-Quantum team, so that Talent and this Light Cone pair really well together.
  • Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds
This Light Cone is a great general-use Light Cone for Harmony characters because of it applying a random beneficial bonus at the start of Sparkle’s turn. While the random aspect can make it a bit less reliable, they’re good boosts that your entire party can use. Since this is from the BP, you can guarantee getting it so long as you spend money.
  • Dreamville Adventure
Dreamville Adventure is a new Light Cone you can get from the Forgotten Hall store. It is a little tricky to use because you have to have impeccable SPD tuning. Both Qingque and Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae—attackers that work really well with Sparkle—actually use their Basic Attack for their damage, not their Skill. So Sparkle would also need to use her Basic Attack to let them enjoy the Dreamville Adventure bonus. Yet, you also need to calculate when to slide in her Skill so that they can enjoy the extra Crit DMG from it.

Here are the Best Relics for Sparkle in Honkai: Star Rail

  • 4-pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace
This is the best general use Relic Set for support characters because it gives them an extra SPD boost, as well as helps to give SPD to your entire party after they use their Ultimate on an ally. Mind that Sparkle might not need the full set if you plan on running her with someone who already has it.
  • 4-pc Eagle of Twilight Line
You need to put the full set on Sparkle because you’re really taking advantage of the 4-pc effect. After she uses her Ultimate, it’ll Advance Forward her action by 25%. This works best if you’re running a fast Sparkle build, which means she’ll have a minimum SPD of 160.
  • 4-pc Guard of Wuthering Snow
A 4-pc Guard of Wuthering Snow set helps to restore Sparkle’s energy if she has low HP, as well as reduces how much DMG she takes. Harmony characters have a pretty average aggro, but you should still watch out for her since she’ll probably be on the squishier side.
  • 2-pc Guard of Wuthering Snow, 2-pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace
This is the best Relic Set chimera you can use for Sparkle since it gives her SPD, as well as helps to prevent her from dying too quickly.
  • Penacony, Land of the Dreams
While Penacony is good for a mono-Quantum team since it increases how much DMG they can do while Sparkle’s in the team, you can also just put it on her for the Energy Regeneration Rate. Sparkle’s Ultimate is super useful, especially when on a team with SP-hungry characters like Qingque, so you’ll want to make sure you can use it as much as you can.
  • Broken Keel
Broken Keel is a fantastic set for support characters because it has such a low requirement of 30% Effect RES for an additional Crit DMG boost. Granted, the boost is only 10%. But sometimes, that 10% makes all the difference.
  • Celestial Differentiator
Celestial Differentiator isn’t the best Planar Ornament Set in the world, but Sparkle can make use of it thanks to the 16% Crit DMG boost. Since the Crit Rate bonus from reaching 120% Crit DMG only lasts for the first attack, it’s not useful. But Sparkle won’t be attacking too much, so she can just enjoy the extra Crit DMG.
  • Fleet of the Ageless
Since Sparkle will definitely have over 120 SPD, you can consider putting Fleet of the Ageless on her to increase all allies’ ATK. This also increases her Max HP, which can help with her survivability if you’re worried about her.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Sparkle when the Sparkling Splendor banner is active in Honkai: Star Rail.
