Space Channel 5 VR will be available for $39.99 USD/¥3980. The game is a PlayStation VR downloadable software via the PlayStation Store. It marks the first standalone title from the Space Channel 5 franchise in over 18 years. The series also recently celebrated its 20th anniversary on December 16, 2019.

The game features original development team members who returned to work on the new title. The game is set in a premier space TV station “Space Channel 5” in the 25th century.

As for the story, this time around the player takes on the role of a rookie who follows the senior reporter Ulala. This involves plenty of dancing, posing, and grooving while holding PlayStation Move motion controllers.
