Dagda is a deity in Celtic mythology and one of the High King of the Tuatha Dé Danann. In SMT V: Vengeance he is a member of the Deity Race (known in Japanes as Majin.) As a party member, Dagda is a powerful physical fighter and he can also offer support abilities.

Lost Hit is one of two unique skill Dagda can use in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. It is a physical attack consisting of a series of punches that finishes with a powerful charged attack. His second unique skill is called Dannan’s Wisdom, and it is a support ability that restores Press Turn icons for the party. During its animation the demon Danu joins him. In SMT IV Apocalypse, Danu is Dagda’s mother.
