Today’s SMT V daily demon digest videos focus on two benevolent mythological deities. The first is Sarasvati, who is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, and learning. The second is Sukuna-Hikona, who is the Shinto kami of agriculture, healing, and knowledge.
Sarasvati in SMT V works as a magic damage dealer and debuffer. In the video, she freezes an enemy with Bufudyne. She can also put enemies to sleep, or lower their stats with skills like Marankunda.
Similar to Sarasvati, Sukuna-Hikona in SMT V can use ice magic, though he takes it a step further with Eternal Blizzard. While it deals less damage than Bufudyne, it can attack all of the enemies. Aside from Eternal Blizzard, Sukuna-Hikona can also use Mahazanma and Fatal Sword.
Sarasvati and Sukuna-Hikona mark the 142nd and 143rd videos that Atlus will put out prior to Shin Megami Tensei V. We are just a little over a month away from the game’s release date. If you would like to catch up on the previous demon digest videos, here are the past twenty:
