Shuffle! was delisted from Steam at 7:00 a.m. PT on January 31, 2021. The delisting was officially announced through Steam on January 19, 2021 in a post mentioning the termination of the publishing agreement between the publisher, YumeHaven, and the developer, Navel. Steam users who have already purchased the software will retain access to the game. [Thanks, Delisted Games!]
Shuffle! is a visual novel that originally released in 2004. This delisted game is a 2016 English port of the all-ages console version of the game and contains approximately 10-30 hours of gameplay, depending on the player. An unfinished version of the port was mistakenly released on Steam ahead of its official release date. While users who had already purchased the game were able to continue playing it, Steam did temporarily remove the ability to purchase the game from its store.
An adult version of Shuffle! was previously localized for Windows on August 15, 2009. This version of the game is a translation from the original Windows release, which was previously only available in Japan.
Two entries from a different visual novel series were also delisted earlier this month. Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita disappeared from the PlayStation Store without warning due to licensing issues. As with Shuffle!, customers who already purchased the games can continue to play their copies.
