Originally released back in 2020, these Nendoroids depict Shinji and Kaworu in their uniforms and each come with stands and several face plates for changing their expressions. The Shinji figure comes with his backpack, bag, and music player, as well as faceplates for giving him a normal, tired, or embarrassed expression. Kaworu, meanwhile, comes with face plates that show smiles with open eyes, closed eyes, and sideways glancing eyes, as well as an A.T. field effect part. Although the two products are sold separately, they can be displayed together using the stone rubble stand, sitting-position legs, and earphones supplied with each. This lets someone recreate the poster from Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.

You can get a look at both Nendoroids in the gallery below.

Good Smile Company also recently showed off Nendoroids of Suzume and Souta from Suzume and Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon.

The Evangelion Shinji Ikari and Kaworu Nagisa Nendoroids are available to pre-order until October 19, 2023. Both figures are are expected to ship in March 2024 in Japan or in Q3 2024 in North America.
