Quick to follow-up on their magazine report, Famitsu.com are showing off the first screens of Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers for the Nintendo 3DS. As reported last night, this is an enhanced port of Soul Hackers for the Sega Saturn, and includes full voice-acting, new battle animations and improved load times.

Atlus also commissioned Satelight, the company that produced the Persona 2: Innocent Sin anime opening, to create a new animated intro for Soul Hackers. The original animated intro for the game will be present and accounted for as well.

You can find more screenshots and art of the game over at the Famitsu link above. Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers will be released on August 30th.

Food for thought:

Lots of big releases on August 30th! So far, we’ve got Soul Hackers, Senran Kagura Burst and Next Hatsune Miku Project Diva. Fight!
