Scathach Skadi is set to debut in Fate/Grand Order Arcade. Like in the mobile version of the game, Scathach Skadi will be an SSR Caster. Players can expect to see her in arcades starting on November 1, 2022. She, along with Servants such as EMIYA, will be on pick-up until December 15, 2022. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

The video shows her summoning animation, as well as the Arcade version of Gate of Sky, her Noble Phantasm. Due to the difference in gameplay, the description for Gate of Sky is slightly different from the mobile version. In Arcade, it increases the ATK and Crit DMG of allies within an AoE for 50 seconds. It also removes the magical cost you need to evade, grants immunity to insta-death, and reduces damage for 30 seconds. Generally speaking, though, both versions offer the same buffs.

In the lore of Fate/Grand Order, Scathach Skadi hails from the second Lostbelt. She is a separate person entirely from the Proper Human History version of Scathach, and her personality leans heavily into her ‘queen’ attribute. It is easier to refer to her as a ‘Skadi with elements of Scathach’ rather than ‘Scathath with a lot of Skadi’s traits.’

Fate/Grand Order Arcade is available in arcades throughout Japan, and Scathach Skadi will debut on November 1, 2022 for a limited time. Fate/Grand Order is available on mobile devices. Earlier this year in the summer event on the Japanese server, a summer version of Scathach Skadi appeared as a Ruler.
