Are you ready to meet up with Holo again? Her and her daughter, Myuri, are about ready for new Spice & Wolf 2 Switch adventures. The Japanese eShop page is live for the game, which is more like an opportunity to experience life with the demi-human wolf and her half demi-human wolf and half human daughter, and says it will appear on December 10, 2020. Only the Japanese eShop listing for the game is live, though the original did appear worldwide and Spicy Tails’ English Steam listing is available. It doesn’t offer a release date beyond “coming soon” on Steam, however.
The eShop page does confirm some things we already knew about Spice & Wolf VR 2. The adventure will have subtitles available in three languages, which are English, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. There will only be Japanese voice acting, with Jun Fukuyama as Lawrence, Ami Koshimizu as Holo, and Aimi Tanaka as Myuri. You can play in all three modes: handheld, docked, and tabletop. You also can use a Pro Controller, if you have one.
In case you missed it, you can hear all three of them in the trailer and get an idea of what Holo and Myuri will look like in Spice & Wolf VR 2.
Spice & Wolf VR 2 will be available on the Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 10, 2020.
