Rooster Teeth’s anime show RWBY is getting its own hack-‘n’-slasher called RWBY: Grimm Eclipse. It’s currently up on Steam Greenlight.

It lets you fight as each member of Team RWBY – Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang – with new storylines, locations, and a new villain. There are several levels spanning across the world of Remnant and you’ll find plenty of familiar Grimms to fight along the way (and some new ones too).

It takes the mass group fighting of Dynasty Warriors and combines it with the online co-op of Left 4 Dead – that’s what the creators are saying, at least.

It also has “MOBA style micro-progression” as each character has a unique skill tree of special abilities you can level up.
