The next collaboration for SINoALICE is a throwback with the manga series Rozen Maiden by Peach-Pit. The collaboration announcement comes with a new trailer and a start date of October 27, 2020, for the game’s Japanese version.
Here’s the Rozen Maiden x SINoALICE collaboration trailer from Square Enix:
Rozen Maiden was serialized from September 2002 to July 2007. In addition to four anime series, Rozen Maiden has several spin-off manga and anthology novels. To give you a gist of the story, it’s about seven sentient porcelain dolls who must fight in a competition called Alice Game to become “Alice,” the perfect doll.
As for the Rozen Maiden x SINoALICE collaboration event, all players who log in will receive a Shinku/Sorcerer as a reward. Furthermore, the crossover event will have a newly written special collaboration scenario, so fans of Rozen Maiden will definitely want to check it out. The event will also feature music and other characters from Rozen Maiden, including Suigintou, Suiseiseki, Souseiseki, Hinaichigo, Kanaria, and Laplace’s Demon.
Square Enix will host a special live stream for the Rozen Maiden x SINoALICE crossover on October 26, 2020, at 9:00 pm JST. Guests include Rie Tanaka, who voices Rozen Maiden‘s Suigintou. Additionally, Eri Kitamura, who voices Cinderella in SINoALICe, and Kaede Hondo, who voices Sleeping Beauty, will appear as guests. Our boy Mafia Kajita will MC the event.
SINoALICE is currently available for iOS and Android. Check out Siliconera‘s interview with Yoko Taro about “happy stories” and “sexy swimsuits.”
