Back on January 4, 2018, the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Twitter account teased the game’s next event with a glimpse of a Rover outfit, lamp and mug. We now have the full version of the teasing image and a date for this event, thanks to the Japanese Twitter account. On January 11, 2018, the Rover event will begin.
The screenshot shared shows a number of unique furniture items. There is a Rover hat and shirt, flooring, a table, a counter, a teapot, a lamp and even some sort of fencing. People will have new objectives involving these items, though details haven’t been provided regarding a name or means of acquiring such items.
As a reminder, Rover is the cat who tends to welcome people to each Animal Crossing game and ask them the series of questions that can shape the character’s appearance, check the time/date and name the town.
