Rocket League is coming to the Nintendo Switch during the 2017 holiday season. This version of the game will have a number of features to make it special. Chief among them is cross-network support, which will allow people to play with games on other platforms. The PC and Xbox One versions of Rocket League were specifically mentioned in a later update. There will also be a local Wi-Fi mode, so people can play online or with people in the same room as them.

In addition, Rocket League on the Nintendo Switch will have unique customization items. Mario and Luigi hats were shown off for the cars during the E3 2017 presentation. However, there will also be exclusive cars. This is in addition to all the non-exclusive existing modes and content from the previous versions, which will be available in this version.

Rocket League is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
