By NIS America plans to release Disgaea 2 coming out this August and we have some new media of the game below. Also we got more information about the anime that Geneon is producing. Like Disgaea 2 the anime series will have the same voice cast from the first game. So all of the voices you love will be continuing the series. NIS America hopes to pack in an episode of the anime as a pre-order bonus for the game. At this time this is unconfirmed and it will depend of the anime will launch in October as Geneon has it scheduled. There is also a manga for the series that is scheduled for a summer release around the same time as the Playstation 2 game. For fans of NIS America’s previous work like La Pucelle Tactics, you will be able to recognize cameos from other games. Another interesting tidbit is Disgaea 2 has over ten different endings to find, so gamers can expect a lot of replay value in this strategy RPG.
