Resident Evil HD Renders

The Resident Evil Portal has updated to include HD renders from classic Resident Evil games, like Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 0, and the Resident Evil Outbreak series. Additionally, the website states there will be another update on March 1, 2022. This will more than likely include more new renders and concept art from previously released Resident Evil titles. In order to access this content users will need to have a Capcom ID.

On February 14, 2022 the Resident Evil Portal Twitter account teased that the website would be updating. Shortly after, the website updated to include HD renders from Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2. Through subsequent updates, more renders and pieces of concept art have been shared through the website. The images are available to view through the Japanese and English versions of the Resident Evil Portal.

However, on Twitter, some users have noticed that certain textures for Resident Evil Outbreak have been updated. That said, Capcom has not mentioned an official HD remaster of the Resident Evil Outbreak series.

In January 2022, Capcom revealed that Resident Evil Village would receive DLC. The DLC was originally announced in June 2021 and is planned for a 2022 release. However, while the DLC content was announced, further information regarding it has yet to be disclosed.
