Region Free Multiplayer Headed To Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Next Week

As previously reported, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the Wii U is getting an update patch that will allow the game to be played without a TV on the Wii U GamePad.

 

This same patch will also remove online multiplayer region restrictions and allow U.S. and European players to play with each other.

 

Capcom announced this morning that the patch will be released on April 16th. [Update: Exact timings are available here.]
