Snake Rattle ’n’ Roll appeared on the NES in North America and Europe. It is an isometric action game that involves snakes eating circular pellets so they become heavy enough to exit the level, all while dodging hazards and enemies.

Likewise, R.C. Pro-Am was exclusive to North America and Europe originally. It featured an array of tracks and, again, an isometric viewpoint. Players would control R.C. cars and collect upgrades to improve their performance as they’d race.

Killer Instinct is the first entry in the Rare series of fighting games. It features an array of different kinds of fighters, with detailed designs and backgrounds. It was known for its various combos, as well as the ability to perform an Ultra Combo or break out of an opponent’s assault with a Combo Breaker.

Battletoads in Battlemaniacs is a beat’em up that appeared worldwide. You can only be Pimple or Rash, with Zitz not present. Players go through stages to defeat enemies in the Gamescape to defeat the Dark Queen again.

Finally, Blast Corps is an action game that offers an isometric sort of overhead view. Your goal is to clear the way for a nuclear missile carrier, which means destroying items and solving puzzles as you clear the way.

Here’s the full Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase that shows the titles. They appear at the 19:20 mark.
