The latest collaboration coming to Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis (PSO2) will feature characters from the anime Uncle from Another World. The collaboration will include a log-in campaign, chat stickers, and new items to make your avatar look like characters from the show.
Starting on August 9, 2023, players will be able to use special collaboration Scratch Tickets to obtain items including weapon camos, spell effects, and avatar items based on Uncle, Elf, and Mabel from the series. Certain Sega-themed items will also be available from the tickets. The login campaign will include Build Parts, currencies, a poster, and chat stickers. There will also be a Beginner Boost Campaign that will refund certain consumables once per day and spawn weakened enemies to help players take advantage of a doubled experience gain rate.

PSO2 will also get a crossover with the anime Oshi no Ko in September 2023. Prior to all this, the Version 2 game update arrived back in June 2023.
Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is immediately available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC, and the Uncle from Another World event is beginning on August 9, 2023. You can watch Uncle from Another World on select streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+, depending on your region.
