There’s not much information on what Black Lagoon: Heaven’s Shot will be like just yet. Some of the promotional material show characters such as Eda, Balalaika, and Mr. Chang. There’s also a silhouette of a character that looks like Roberta. It will be a “hard-boiled RPG” that focuses on villains. The player character will meet Revy and Rock in Roanapur, and the game will have an original story. There will also be auto-battle mode and idle game elements, so it looks like you won’t have to invest a lot of time in the gameplay.

Black Lagoon is an action manga and anime series by Rei Hiroe. The manga started serialization in Monthly Sunday Gene-X in 2002, and Madhouse adapted the anime in 2006. There was also a 5-episode OVA based on the Roberta’s Blood Trail arc. Black Lagoon follows Rokuro “Rock” Okajima, who was once an ordinary Japanese office worker until he joins the Lagoon Company in Southeast Asia after his boss essentially sells him out. The Lagoon Company is a group of pirate mercenaries who work as a delivery company for various criminal clients.

Black Lagoon is readily available to watch on Crunchyroll, and Black Lagoon: Heaven’s Shot is in development for browsers.
