Numerous Pokemon will appear to decorate the rooms both around the bed and inside the bathroom. People who stay inside the rooms will also receive two free Scarlet & Violet starter decks from the Pokemon Trading Card Game.

The special hotel rooms will appear as part of a large-scale Pikachu’s Indonesia Journey event in Bali. The main event will take place in the island’s provincial capital city Denpasar on March 2-3, 2024. It will also include a Pokemon GO live event that features several region-exclusive creatures, such as Chatot and a Pikachu wearing an Indonesian Batik shirt.

The Indonesian flag carrier Garuda Indonesia will complete the event by launching two Pikachu Jet GA planes with Pokemon-themed liveries. It will join the ever-growing list of airliners that have collaborated with the Pokemon franchise after Taiwan’s China Airlines and Singapore’s Scoot.

The Pokemon-themed rooms at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach will be available from March 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The hotel will open reservations for these rooms on February 15, 2024.
