Pokemon-like Coromon Switch and PC Release Date Set for March

Tragsoft and Freedom Games announced when people can play their new Pokemon-like game. Coromon will come to the Nintendo Switch and PCs on March 31, 2022. There’s also a new trailer to accompany the announcement. It focuses on offering an overview of the game proper. As folks might expect, it involves fighting monsters, collecting them, and training them, all while completing an overarching story.

Like the early Pokemon games, Coromon offers a tighter focus. There are over 120 characters in the game. There are also six legendary Titan-class characters to uncover. Trainers can be customized. Difficulty can be customized. There will also be an option to turn on a Nuzlocke challenge when you play. (This means you are limited to rules like you can only catch the first character in an area you encounter and can’t get other options, you can’t heal your monsters, each one must get a nickname, and any creature you have that faints is “dead” and gone forever.)

Here’s the Coromon Switch and PC release date trailer.

The Coromon Nintendo Switch and PC release date is March 31, 2022. It will cost $19.99. Its official website and Steam listing are now live. A demo is available via Steam.
