The Pokemon-themed rooms in Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach are still available throughout 2024, and more travel agencies offer tour packages that let people stay there. The Japanese international travel reservation app NEWT has launched the first tour packages featuring those special hotel rooms for residents of Japan.
NEWT has also shared an image showing the bonus items that people can get for staying in the rooms. In addition to a tumbler and purse with unique Pokemon designs, they will also receive two starter decks from the Indonesian language version of the Pokemon Trading Card Game.
People who apply for these tour packages will also get more amenities. The agency’s staff will provide taxis to transport the visitors from Ngurah Rai Airport to Hotel Nikko and vice versa. It will also provide a 6,000 yen cashback in NEWT Points to cover the passport acquisition cost for families who have a child aged under 12.
Here are the details of the tour packages that NEWT offers to Japanese residents:
- Direct flight with Garuda Indonesia from Narita Airport (Tokyo) – 4~6 days stay between May 31, 2024, and September 30, 2024 – starting from ï¿¥146,800 (~$950)
- Connecting flights with Malaysia Airlines from Narita Airport (Tokyo) – 5~8 days stay between May 30, 2024, and September 29, 2024 – starting from ï¿¥84,900 (~$550)
- Connecting flights with Singapore Airlines from Kansai Airport (Osaka) – 4~7 days stay between May 31, 2024, and September 30, 2024 – starting from ï¿¥114,700 (~$740)
The rooms themed after the popular video game franchise have been available in Bali since mid-February 2024. Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach set up the rooms as part of a major Pokemon promotional event in Indonesia. Pikachu’s Indonesia Journey event launched in Bali in March 2024. The Pokemon Company will also hold a new event in Surabaya, the capital city of East Java province, on May 10-19, 2024.
The Pokemon-themed rooms in Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach are still available until December 31, 2024.
