Persona 5 Royal Makoto Figure Is Ready to Fight

Amakuni has started accepting pre-orders for its upcoming figure of Makoto Niijima in her school uniform from Persona 5 Royal. The figure will be available with a price tag of 27,500 yen (~$172.50).

This figure will have a scale of 1/7 with an overall height of around 21 cm (~8.27 inches). The static figure will mostly depict Makoto in her regular uniform in Shujin Academy, although it also includes the mask that she will use to transform into her “Queen” Phantom Thief attire.

Amakuni has specified Hobby Japan as the primary distributor for this figure. However, Hobby Japan’s online shop can only handle domestic shipments inside Japan, with its FAQ page confirming the refusal of overseas orders. People who reside outside Japan can still place an order for the figure from other outlets that support international shipments, such as AmiAmi.

The company had previously revealed a prototype of the figure at the August 2023 MegaHobby Expo. However, it took ten more months until Makoto’s figure is ready for pre-orders. The figure of Ann Takamaki in her school uniform will appear earlier around September-October 2024, as the pre-order window for the latter ran through Q4 2023.

Amakuni will close the pre-order window for the Persona 5 Royal Makoto Niijima school uniform figure on August 14, 2024. The company will ship the finished figures around May-June 2025.
