Peanuts Snoopy Nendororid Comes with a Little Woodstock

Good Smile Company will release a Nendoroid of Snoopy from the Peanuts comic series by Charles M. Schulz. Pre-orders will remain open on the Good Smile Online Shop until October 26, 2023 for the Snoopy Nendoroid. Snoopy costs ¥6,800 from the Good Smile Online Shop and $43.99 USD from the US store. The Peanuts Snoopy Nendoroid will release February 2024 in Japan and target Q3 2024 worldwide.

The Snoopy figure comes with a smiling faceplate, a laughing faceplate, sunglasses, his iconic red roofed doghouse, and other optional parts for posting the figure. Snoopy also comes with his best friend, Woodstock. The small Woodstock toy comes with his own pair of sunglasses.

The Peanuts comic series was created by Schulz in 1950 and would run in the daily newspapers. Eventually it because the Sunday comic strip feature and ran through until 2000 when Schulz passed away. The Peanuts comics follow a circle of young children dealing with a variety of humorous, quirky situations and was filled with philosophical, psychological, and sociological concepts. Iconic characters from the series include Charlie Brown and Snoopy, and the series has been adapted to animated shows, films, and stage plays.

Good Smile Company made other Nendoroids based on western franchises in the past including How to Train Your Dragon, the Minions from the Despicable Me film franchise, Barbie, and Bendy and the Ink Machine.

The Snoopy Show is currently streaming on Apple TV+.
