The new clip is under 30 seconds long, and it shows Peacemaker fighting and torturing people. It also shows his merciless and cruel personality. You can watch the preview clip that was posted on X right here:

Koyasu Takehito is Peacemaker’s voice actor in the Japanese version of the show. He is a famous and prominent voice actor who debuted in 1987. Since then, he’s played many well-known characters such as Dio Brando/DIO in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Snufkin in Moomin, Toji in Jujutsu Kaisen, Milliardo/Zechs in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Ozymandias in Fate/Grand Order, and Eddie/Zato-1 in Guilty Gear. This is only a small sample of Koyasu’s colorful career.

Meanwhile, Peacemaker has become a somewhat more familiar character from the DC universe thanks to the Peacemaker show and his appearance in The Suicide Squad. The character debuted in 1966, and it’s likely that the Suicide Squad Isekai anime will use the Christopher Smith incarnation of Peacemaker. This is due to this version of Peacemaker’s affiliation with the Suicide Squad. Peacemaker is a very good fighter, assassin, spy, and marksman.

Suicide Squad Isekai will start airing in July 2024.
