Payday 3 ‘No Rest for the Wicked’ Guide

No mission in Payday 3 is as classic as “No Rest for the Wicked.” This is the standard bank heist mission players can tackle to get a whole lot of rewards and cash. Like other heists, you can approach this stealthily or guns blazing with a loud approach, but the latter is the much easier way to go about it. After all, the rewards are the same in this heist.

How do I complete “No Rest for the Wicked” in Payday 3

Here’s everything you need to do to complete “No Rest for the Wicked” in Payday 3:

  • Grab the thermite bag outside and put your mask on as you enter the bank.
  • Head to the marker on the second floor of the bank and use the thermite to create a hole.
  • Defend yourself against the SWAT team and police officers who will attack you.
  • Jump down into the vault through the hole you made and steal everything in sight.
  • Leave the bank and head outside.
  • Find the marked generators to lower the obstacles for your getaway car.
  • Jump in the car and escape with the loot to beat the heist.

As mentioned, there is a stealth approach you can take, which involves entering the bank from the roof and sneaking around the cameras and guards to enter the vault. However, this approach takes way longer, is much harder to do, and it gives the same rewards either way. As such, there is almost no reason to do it that way unless you want a little extra challenge.

This is one of the easiest heists in the game when you take the loud approach, so it makes for a great one to grind with friends or even as a solo player for more money and rewards to unlock other items.

Payday 3 is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
