Okami Anniversary Merchandise Includes Overstuffed Amaterasu Plush

To celebrate the 14th Okami anniversary, Capcom will release a special line of merchandise. This will include a series of t-shirts, bags, and an overstuffed Amaterasu plush. These items will be made in limited quantity and are expected to ship at the end of March 2021. Pre-orders are currently open and available through the e-Capcom Japanese website. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

A total of nine pieces of merchandise are currently available to pre-order. One of the items is a ceramic plate that has been painted with the image of the divine gods encountered in Okami. This piece of Okami merchandise will cost ¥10,000 (around $95) and can be used to display or as dinnerware.

Two t-shirts will be part of this lineup, with two different colors and designs being available. Each t-shirt will cost ¥3,800, or about $35. Additionally, a bag featuring an illustration by Kenichiro Yoshimura can be pre-ordered. This special tote bag will cost ¥3,000 (about $30). A second bag is also available to pre-order for ¥4,800, which is about $46). This stylish over-the-shoulder bag also features an illustration of Amaterasu.

Other accessories will include a small wallet featuring the cherry blossom motif and image of Amaterasu. This wallet will cost Â¥25,000 (about $200) and will be made out of genuine deer leather. And if you’re looking for something more compact, you can also pre-order an Okami themed compact mirror for Â¥1,000 (around $10).

And lastly, there are the Amaterasu plushes. There will be two types of plushes available, a large and a small version. As you can imagine, the small version is portable and can fit in the palm of your hand. The larger version is quite big and is more detailed than the smaller variant. The large Amaterasu plush will cost ¥7,100 or $70, and the smaller plush will cost ¥1,600 or $15.

Okamioriginally released for the PlayStation 2 in 2006. Okami is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
