Shortly after launching in Japanese regions, Octopath Traveler: Conquerors of the Continent had quickly surpassed over 5 million users. To celebrate, various rewards have been distributed to registered users and will continue to be distributed until December 6, 2020.

The second wave of rewards distributed in Octopath Traveler: Conquerors of the Continent as a reward for reaching over 10 million users can be claimed until December 18, 2020. These items include valuable ascension materials. To receive these items and the previous rewards for reaching over 5 million registered users, players will need to progress to a point. Rewards will be distributed through the in-game mail system.

Octopath Traveler: Conquerors of the Continent is a mobile-exclusive title that serves are a prequel to Octopath Traveler. Like its predecessor, the mobile game is a single-player RPG that uses a hybrid 2D and 3D animation style.
