Xbox 360

No one shows up to Every Party

Every Party looked like a winning combination for the Japanese audience. Take popular character designer, Sakura Momoko who makes the popular Chibi Maruko series, emulate the gameplay of Mario Party and have Yoshiki Okamoto’s (he’s the brain behind Street Fighter II) studio Game Republic spearhead the project. In the game you use a spinner wheel to move around the board and play mini games like plate spinning. On the first day of launch only 641 people picked up the title compared to 1,531 who bought Tetris: The Grandmaster Ace. Ouch. As of now Every Party is the only family designed title for the Xbox 360 and Microsoft has announced no plans for a US release. Another sign to just how disappointing this Xbox 360 exclusive turned out to be.
