Nioh Ginchiyo Tachibana Action Figure Will Appear in Japan and China

Ginchiyo is one of the key characters William met in Kyushu in the first chapter of Nioh. She is the wife of Muneshige Tachibana, who is known as the Strongest Warrior in Western Japan. The figure will replicate her battle attire in the video game, including her white cape and the Raikiri sword.

Chinese figure maker Ringtoys previously produced action figures of characters from Dynasty Warriors 9, another game made by Koei Tecmo. The Nioh Ginchiyo figure will be displayed first at the ElefunPop Art & Toy Show in Guangzhou, China, on December 19-20, 2020. Koei Tecmo’s own Gamecity website will also open pre-orders for the figure in Japan in early 2021. We still don’t know whether or not it will be available in countries other than China and Japan.

The latest official Nioh livestream, which mostly talked about the final Nioh 2 DLC expansion, also confirmed that the Scampuss plush will be released in May 2021. Pre-orders for the made-to-order stuffed animal are open at Koei Tecmo’s Gamecity Shop until February 14, 2021.

The first Nioh game is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and PC. A PlayStation 5 remaster of the game that utilizes many features of the new console and DualSense controller will be available on February 5, 2021.
