Nintendo are now selling “authentic Nintendo refurbished products” on their online store in the U.S. (Thanks, NintendoEverything) These products, Nintendo say, have been “cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet Nintendo’s high standards” and come with a one-year warranty—the same warranty offered on new products.
These “authentic” refurbished systems are only available directly from Nintendo, who say they are “fully functional” but may feature “minor blemishes”. Here’s a list of what they currently have on sale:
