Nintendo To Promote Indie Developers As “Nindies” At IndieCade

Nintendo will highlight 13 indie games and several of their creators at the IndieCade convention later this month, the publisher announced this morning. Nintendo will promote the indie developers as “Nindies” from October 10th – 12th at IndieCade.

 

In addition, the company will host a “Nindie” developer panel on October 11th at 10 am, titled “Nintendo Do’s and Don’ts: A Developer-Focused Conversation”. This panel will feature Dajana Dimovska of KnapNok Games, Sean Velasco of Yacht Club Games and John Warner of Over the Moon Games, and will be moderated by Damon Baker, Nintendo of America’s Senior Marketing Manager of Licensing.

  • Affordable Space Adventures from KnapNok Games
  • The Fall from Over the Moon Games
  • Costume Quest 2 from Midnight City
  • Stealth Inc. 2 from Curve Digital
  • Swords & Soldiers II from Ronimo Games
  • Runbow from 13AM Games
  • Sportsball from TOO DX
  • Chariot from Frima
  • Beatbuddy from THREAKS
  • Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse from WayForward
  • Shovel Knight from Yacht Club Games

 

Nintendo 3DS:

  • Woah Dave! from Choice Provisions
  • Xeodrifter from Renegade Kid
  • Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse from WayForward

IndieCade will run from October 10th – 12th in Culver City, California.
