Nintendo already have a pretty decent amount of female fans in Japan, but they’re looking to expand on that with a special event called the “Nintendo Girls Game Museum” that will take place in Japan later this month and in August.
The goal of the Nintendo Girls Game Museum is to get girls who like to play games and those who don’t often play them, and have them check out some of the latest recommended games and series that are already popular with the female audience in Japan.
The titles they’ll have available at the event are the following:
- Yoshi’s Woolly World (Wii U)
- Rhythm Heaven: The Best + (3DS)
- Style Savvy 3 (3DS)
- Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition (3DS)
- 12 Sai ~Honto no Kimochi (3DS)
- The Great Ace Attorney (3DS)
- Hoppe-chan: Punitto Shibotte Daibouken! (3DS)
In addition to being able to try out these titles at the demo area, they’ll have all kinds of cute items available for sale, a demonstration for Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, and special novelty presents they’ll be giving away to those who try out the games.
The Nintendo Girls Game Museum event will take place at the Aeon Mall Makuhari Shin Toshin at Chiba city of Chiba Prefecture on July 18th through the 20th, and also at the Grand Tree Musashikosugi mall located in Kawasaki City of Kanagawa Prefecture on August 1st and 2nd. The event will be free admission.
