Nintendo 3DS Promotion Allows New Owners To Get Pokémon X/Y Free

Nintendo are running a promotional campaign in North America for new Nintendo 3DS owners during the month of March, the publisher announced this morning.

 

During March, people who register a Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL or Nintendo 2DS system, as well as any one of six select 3DS games on Club Nintendo, will get a free download code for Pokémon X or Pokémon Y.

 

The six games that you can register to avail the offer are:

  • Mario Kart 7
  • Super Mario 3D Land
  • Animal Crossing: New Leaf
  • Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
  • LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins
  • Yoshi’s New Island

 

Any one of the above games, along with the 3DS system, must be registered between March 1st and March 31st in order to be eligible for the promotion. Additionally, the Pokémon download code must be redeemed by May 31st, after which it expires.
