There will be another way to learn more about the Ninjala ninjas. Another animated adaptation is on the way. During the 19th developer diary, a Ninjala anime came up. This will be different than the existing cartoon shorts available on YouTube. It will also appear in January 2022.
The goal of the new series will be to further develop its world and characters. Berecca and Burton both are confirmed to appear. Some initial concept art showing off both of them. The initial images in the video also showed how Lucy will look in the new show.
You can catch peeks at all three of them in the update. The anime announcement appeared at the 5:20 mark.
As for the existing Ninjala cartoon anime series, there are five episodes online. Here’s a list of all of them.
- Episode 1: “Bloodline of the Shinobi”
- Episode 2: A Secret Eye
- Episode 3: “A Beautiful Intruder”
- Episode 4: “The Shinobi Village”
- Episode 5: “You’re the Star”
There is also a 3D animated short. It appeared ahead of the game’s launch. Its goal was to explain how the Ninja Gum came to be.
Ninjala is available for the Nintendo Switch, with an anime adaptation planned for January 2022. There are also Ninjala cartoon shorts available now. Recently, Tencent acquired its developer, Soliel.
