By We’ve already seen footage of Ryu Hayabusa in Ninja Gaiden: Razor’s Edge for Wii U, but this week, Team Ninja showed off footage of Ayane slicing enemies in half and dodging bullets. Is it just me or does she look more fun to play as than Ryu…?
Ayane will have her own chapters where you can play as her in Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, but a separate mode will allow you to play as either her or Ryu in any of the game’s stages. The two can also team up for co-op online multiplayer.
As previously reported, Ayane won’t be the only new playable character in Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. Team Ninja will be adding more playable characters to the game as free DLC after its release.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge will be released on November 18th in the U.S.
