Nil Fights for Peace in the Fire Emblem Engage Fell Xenologue DLC

Fire Emblem Engage Nil

Nintendo recently introduced twin siblings Nil and Nel, two new main characters in the upcoming Fell Xenologue DLC story in Fire Emblem Engage. Nil is Nel’s twin younger brother. When compared to his outstanding sister, Nil feels a sense of inferiority due to his perceived lack of strength.

Nil’s starting class is Fell Child, same as his sister Nel. However, unlike her, Nil cannot transform into a dragon. While Nel might not be the most adept combatant, he wields axes in the battlefield for the sake of achieving peace. Nil wields the mysterious Revanche axe in footage below, which Alear can obtain from the Ancient Well on the Somniel in the main story of Fire Emblem Engage.

Nil is voiced by Takuya Egushi in the Japanese dub of Fire Emblem Engage. Eguchi previously voiced Akihiko Kaji in the anime adaptation of Given, Loid Forger in Spy x Family, and Kurt Vander in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III.

You can Nil’s voice in the short clip shared below.

Fire Emblem Engage is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch. Wave 4 of the DLC Expansion Pass releases on April 5, 2023 and adds the Fell Xenologue storyline to the game.
