By Take a look at Nier Replicant before Tokyo Game Show starts. The PlayStation 3 version of Nier focuses on a man fighting to save his sister and has a different style than Nier Gestalt, which is for Xbox 360.

The text at the end suggests there is a link between the two stories. Another part of the movie shows content in Nier Replicant and Nier Gestalt overlaps. Watch the movie at the 1:10 mark.
Square Enix released a screenshot of the same Kaine and the monster scene to promote Nier Gestalt.
Also, the trailer has English text and Japanese subtitles. Seems like a sign that we’ll see Nier Replicant outside of Japan…
