The team behind NieR Reincarnation has released an official statement, asking fans not to spread leaks. This has come after the closed beta test of the upcoming mobile app. Additionally, due to the leak the previously unrevealed information has now been removed from the server, and the team will now be taking measures to prevent this from happening again. The statement goes on to say that the NieR Reincarnation team has also been monitoring the situation, and they are thankful to fans that have been avoiding spreading the leaks. They also request that those that may come across the information that they do not spread it, as they would like fans to experience what was leaked firsthand.
Their second request for fans that may have already seen the leaked information. The team asks that those that have seen the information react to reveals as though they were seeing them for the very first time. They go on further to apologize. NieR Reincarnation is an upcoming mobile title set in the NieR universe. The mobile game recently had a closed beta test exclusive to Japanese servers. You can watch footage from the closed beta test here.
