Besides Square Enix’s own stores, pre-orders are also available on sites like Amazon Japan and AmiAmi. The static figure will have 2B wield her signature swords, the Virtuous Contract and Virtuous Treaty. The total height of the collectible will be 11.22 in (28.5 cm) when measured from 2B’s head or 12.80 in (32.5 cm) from the highest point at the sword handle.

REFLECT’s Mitsumasa Yoshizawa sculpted and colored the prototype for the Version 2.0 figure, which will have more details on each part. The figure’s package will come with two swappable alternative attire parts. An alternate head part will show 2B’s full face without the eye-covering goggles. The other body part will omit the heat-radiating skirt to emulate 2B’s appearance when she sustained enough damage in the game.

2B is one of the protagonists of NieR: Automata, which is available to play on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. An anime adaptation of the video game has also appeared with the title NieR: Automata Ver1.1a, and its second cour is currently undergoing production.

Square Enix will release and ship the NieR: Automata 2B Version 2.0 figure in Japan on October 26, 2024, and North America in February 2025.
