Tokyo Skytree, the world’s tallest tower, will host a special Demon Slayer event from October 21, 2021 until January 21, 2022. Visitors will be able to enjoy a number of photo spots, eat themed food items, and buy exclusive merchandise. The tower itself will be illuminated with colors inspired by the popular franchise each Sunday night during the event period.
The event will take place on the Tembo Deck at Tokyo Skytree, located 350 meters above the streets of Tokyo on Floor 350. A special visual for the collaboration was drawn by the team at ufotable and will be featured throughout the event. Guests will be able to pose with popular characters wearing kimonos, and will also be able to get photos inside Tanjiro’s box that normally holds Nezuko.
The Skytree Cafe will offer Demon Slayer-inspired food and drinks during the event, including a Tanjiro and Nezuko dessert plate and character-based beverages. Certain pieces of merchandise will only be available during the event, and guests spending over ¥3,000 (about $26) will receive a Demon Slayer Tokyo Skytree reusable bag as a gift. Items on sale include acrylic ornaments, character mugs, pins, collaborative t-shirts, towels, stickers, and more.
The Demon Slayer event at Tokyo Skytree begins on October 21, 2021 and will continue until January 21, 2022. Demon Slayer Mugen Train Arc is currently available to watch on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
