New Monster Hunter Rise Commemorative Item Pack Celebrates 5 Million Units Sold

Monster Hunter Rise Item Pack

To celebrate 5 million units sold worldwide, Capcom is giving out a free “Commemorative Item Pack” in Monster Hunter Rise. The official Monster Hunter Twitter account revealed the item pack. Players will be able to redeem the “Kamura Pack 1: Big Hit Celebration” via Senri the Mailman.

Notably, receiving this item pack will net you Mega Potions, as well as the valuable Mega Demondrug and Armorskin. Mega Potions can be crafted by combining regular potions and honey, and they provide substantial health recovery. Additionally, the Demondrug provides a useful attack boost, while Armorskin buffs player defense in a pinch.

Well-done Steaks are also useful for quick stamina recovery, and Large Barrel Bombs can be very helpful in damaging hard-to-cut foes.

The Mega versions of Demondrug and Armorskin are incredibly useful in the latter half of the game. They also benefit those who wish to speed through the low rank quests. The Mega Demondrug and Armorskin are also notoriously difficult to craft in large amounts, as they require hunting a specific monster to farm.

The item pack will include the following items:

  • 30 Mega Potions
  • 20 Well-done Steaks
  • 10 Large Barrel Bombs
  • 5 Mega Demondrugs
  • 5 Mega Armorskins

Finally, Capcom is also giving away a “Guild Provisions 1” item pack that includes 50 honey. This was part of the “Give me Honey” retweet campaign hosted by the Monster Hunter Rise Japanese Twitter account, in which all players could receive the pack if the tweet reached over 50,000 retweets.

The “Kamura Pack 1: Big Hit Celebration” commemorative item pack is currently available to redeem in Monster Hunter Rise. You can redeem it by talking to Senri in Kamura village, through the “Add-On Content” button in the menu.

Monster Hunter Rise is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch, with a free title update planned to release at the end of April.
