One of the very first Nendoroid figures back in 2007 was one of Misa Amane from Death Note. At Smile Fest 2024, Good Smile Company confirmed that it is working on a 2.0 version of the character.
As the new Misa Amane Death Note Nendoroid is still early in development, only concept art is available. She’ll wear the iconic black dress with choker and silver necklace she wears prominently throughout the series. Her hair will also appear with its trademark pigtails.
Here’s the first look at the design.
For reference, here’s how the first version of her looked. It was Nendoroid number 18. Ryuk was 11, the first Light Yagami one was number 12, and L was 17.
Misa marks one of multiple 2.0 versions of figures in the series. Both the Light and L 2.0 figures appeared back in 2023. There’s been no new version of Ryuk just yet.
There’s no release window yet for the Death Note Misa Amane 2.0 Nendoroid, but the first one appeared back in September 2007. Viz Media handles the manga. The anime is streaming on Hulu and Netflix. Netflix is also home to a live-action movie.
