Netflix teased another one of its original anime series, and this one crosses over with games. A The Witcher anime movie is in development and will show up next year. While we don’t know what characters like Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer will look like in this adaptation just yet, we do have its name and logo. The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf is on the way.
As you might expect from that title, the teaser prominently features a wolf’s head. But while the logo is the focus, there’s also a hint about how it will sound. We can hear the whisper of winds and an ominous tone.

Since the games’ rise to fame, there have been plenty of spin-off forms of media and products released to capitalize on its success. For example, Good Smile Company even released Nendoroids of Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer. Dark Horse Comics also has a comic adaptation.
The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, the anime adaptation, is in development and will appear on Netflix in 2021. The second season of the live action adaptation of the game will also appear on the service in 2021.
