During Nintendo of America’s live-stream at Comic-Con, the publisher announced that Mysterious Murasame Castle will be released for the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console on August 7th. (Thanks, GoNintendo)

 

The Mysterious Murasame Castle is an NES game that plays somewhat like the first Zelda. It was originally released only in Japan, but this past May, Nintendo made the game available in Europe as well.

 

A bonus mode based on this game was also available in Samurai Warriors 3 on Wii.
