My Hero One’s Justice 2’s Hawks Takes Flight

It is official. There have now been two good days in a row for My Hero One’s Justice 2 players. June 10, 2020 was a good one, because that’s when Bandai Namco shadowdropped the English voice acting option for the game. Now June 11, 2020 is good too, because the My Hero One’s Justice 2 Hawks DLC has arrived.

As someone might expect from someone whose hero name is Hawks, Keigo Takami’s Qyirk involves flight. He’s a Pro Hero who uses Hardened Wings to quickly fly around the battlefield. He can also use the wings from his feathers as sword-like weapons or projectiles.

Since the My Hero One’s Justice 2 Hawks DLC is launching after the voice acting update, people will immediately be able to hear either his Japanese voice actor, Yuichi Nakamura, or English one, Zeno Robinson, when they play.

Here’s a clip of the character’s English gameplay. If that voice sounds familiar, it is because Robinson also plays Goh in the Pokemon anime, Harry in the Dragon Quest: Your Story movie, and Cyborg 008 in Cyborg 009: Call of Justice.

If you prefer Japanese voice acting, here’s the My Hero One’s Justice 2 Hawks trailer with Nakamura’s lines. He also plays Hazama in BlazBlue, Ryoma in Fire Emblem games, Ravus Nox Fleuret in Final Fantasy XV, and Thancred in Final Fantasy XIV.

My Hero One’s Justice 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
