The second My Hero Academia movie’s release North American window has been pinned down a bit. Funimation has confirmed its theatrical release for next year. In early 2020, people in the U.S. and Canada will be able to check out My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising.
My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising follows the members of Class 1-A after All Might’s retirement. While he may have stepped back, that doesn’t mean villains are going to take a break. Rather, even more opponents could see it as an opportunity. Deku, Froppy, Kacchan, Shoto, Uravity, and their other classmates are at Nabu Island to learn and practice their skills. Unfortunately, a new villain named Nine is about to test the wannabe heroes.
This means people won’t have to wait too long to find out what goes on in My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. After all, the Japanese debut is set for December 20, 2019.
As far as My Hero Academia games go, My Hero One’s Justice 2 is going to make its worldwide debut in March 2020. It will appear first on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in Japan on March 12, 2020, with the worldwide release happening a day later on March 13, 2020. A collector’s edition with LED Deku figure will be available, and preorders give people access to both Nomu and an early unlock of two in-game characters.
